It has been a while since I wrote to all of you. I have been putting thoughts on my blog within our website, however, I haven't written to you directly. I trust you have had an awesome summer. The weather here in Omaha has been unbelievable and I have really enjoyed the summer with my wife and family, as well as with the staff here at the office.

Back in January, I started writing updates that had to do with the subject of "Cries of a Broken World". God has led me in paths that have been painful but awesome during this time and I have tried to express it all to you in writing.
