CBW Liberty: Reservations and Cancellations
Our reservation and cancellation policies below have been updated and are effective on January 1, 2024.
Cancel A Reservation
If you need to cancel your reservation, please CLICK HERE to fill out a Contact Us form or Text us at (816) 792-2275. You will receive confirmation back that your reservation has been cancelled and if any fees have been applied.
Dog Boarding
Non-Holiday/Non-Peak
- A credit card must be kept on file at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- A One-Night Deposit is required for all Non-Holiday/Non-Peak Boarding Reservations to secure your reservation. Balance can be paid at Check-In or Check-Out.
- You will be responsible for verifying your check-out date and any additional services you have requested at the time of check-in. If you check out earlier than your originally scheduled check out date without prior arrangements being made, you will be charged a 1-Night Boarding Fee at your current nightly boarding rate and 50% of any additional services that we were unable to provide due to the early pick-up.
- A 2-day notice is required to cancel a Non-Holiday/Non-Peak reservation.
- If you cancel 2-Days prior to your boarding reservation, a full refund will be given.
- If you are a No-Show or Cancel within the 2-Days prior to your boarding reservation, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit for other services.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holidays/Peak Season (Peak Season is from Memorial Day through Labor Day)
- A credit card must be kept on file at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- A 2-Night minimum stay is required during the Holiday periods listed below to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- During Peak Season, a 2-Night minimum stay will be required during weekends only (Fri-Sun).
- A 50% Deposit is required for all Holiday and Peak Season Reservations to secure your reservation. Balance can be paid at Check-In or Check-Out.
- You will be responsible for verifying your check-out date and any additional services you have requested at the time of check-in. If you check out earlier than your originally scheduled check out date without prior arrangements being made, you will be charged a 1-Night Boarding Fee at your current nightly boarding rate and 50% of any additional services that we were unable to provide due to the early pick-up.
- A holiday period is considered 5 days before and 5 days after the actual date of the holiday.

- A 7-day written notification is required to cancel a Holiday or Peak Season reservation.
- If you cancel 7-Days prior to your boarding reservation, a full refund will be given.
- If you are a No-Show or Cancel within the 7-Days prior to your boarding reservation, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit for other services.

Boarding Check In/Out
Check-In/Out: (Mon-Sat)
- Check-in as early as 6:30am. We encourage you to check-in before 12:00pm so your Camper has time to enjoy more playtime and can snooze the night away.
- Latest check-in is 6:00pm. If you will be checking in after 4:00pm, please ensure that your Camper has been fed prior to coming in.
- Check-out is between 8:00am-12:00pm.
- You can request an Extended Check-Out anytime during your boarding stay for an additional $15. This provides your Camper the opportunity to play for the rest of the day and be picked up as late as 6:30pm.
Check-In/Out: (Sunday Only)
- Check-in is between 7:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm. We encourage you to check-in before 10:00am so your Camper has time to enjoy more playtime and can snooze the night away.
- Latest check-in is 6:00pm. If you will be checking in after 4:00pm, please ensure that your Camper has been fed prior to coming in.
- Check-out is between 7:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm.
- An Extended Check-Out Fee of $15 will be charged if you check-out between the hours of 3:00pm-6:00pm.
- Camp will not be open from 10:00am-3:00pm.
Dog Day Care
Reservations
- Day Camp reservations made via the mobile app or online need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your desired date.
- Same day reservations can be made by calling camp at (816) 792-2275.
Cancellations
- Day Camp reservations need to be cancelled by 10:00am on the day of your reservation.
- If you are a no-show or don’t cancel your reservation by 10:00am, it will result in a single day being used from a day camp package on your account or you will be charged the current rate for a half or full day of day camp.
- To cancel a day camp reservation, please call Camp or Text us at (816) 792-2275.
Day Camp Check In/Out
Check-In/Out: (Mon-Sat)
- Check-in as early as 6:30am.
- Latest check-in for day camp is 12:00pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Check-out is anytime up to 6:30pm
Check-In/Out: (Sundays Only)
- We will provide limited Day Camp on Sundays for $20.
- Day Camp Hours are from 7:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm.
- If not picked up by 10:00am, your Camper will be put in a cabin with water to rest between 10:00am-3:00pm. They can be picked up anytime between 3:00pm-6:00pm.
2024 Holidays / Peak Season (50% Deposit Required)
If any part of your boarding reservation falls between the holiday dates shown below, a 50% deposit will be required and needs to be paid before we confirm your reservation.
